Our company works in 2 ways depending on your needs:

  • We would rent your property for 12-months or more and fully manage everything. We will pay the amount on your listing every month days early.

  • With your permission, we would host short-term stays for our vast list of working professionals who need a place to stay while they conduct services or train in the area. They prefer to stay in the comfort of a beautiful home rather than in a traditional hotel.

  • The property is deep cleaned by our professional staff after each of our guests and we keep it in the same condition as when I took it over.

B. You want to maximize the rental income potential of your home without the hassle of doing it yourself.

  • We would fully manage your home from cleanings, customer service, setup, and maintenance while helping you generate a significant rental income every month. We can increase your current rental income by 3-4X per month depending on the location, home type, and season.

  • We make nothing unless your property is generating consistent income.

SECURITY

Sit back and relax knowing the guests we welcome into your property have undergone a 4 level security and background check before being considered for their stay. Government issued ID, social media check, purpose of stay and security deposit.

EFFECTIVE HOUSE RULES

We enforce strict guest policies so that there is never any parties, no smoking, No shoes in the home, and set quiet hours from 10PM - 8AM everyday. This keeps everything in order so you never have to worry. All this backed by a $1,000,000 renters insurance policy.
